Front Desk builds in guardrails: every AI-voice call opens with an automated-call disclosure so the recipient knows they are speaking with an AI, plus a recording notice, and it honors opt-out and do-not-contact requests instantly (a “stop calling” or “take me off your list” is recorded permanently, mid-call). It enforces call windows (e.g. 9am–5pm local time), daily limits, timezone awareness, and attempt caps, and it applies stricter state “mini-TCPA” rules automatically — suppressing calls to restricted states unless you enable them and, where required, adding state-specific opt-out and caller-identification mechanics. You remain responsible for having valid consent for each contact; these safeguards help you stay within TCPA and state telephone-solicitation expectations.
