Video visits, right on the schedule.

Flip one switch when you book, and the appointment becomes a secure video visit — the link rides the reminders, clients join from a browser with no app or password, and the whole session flows back onto the chart. No Zoom, no plugins, no second tool.

No app to download · never recorded · encrypted & BAA

One switch, not a second app

The video visit lives inside the appointment.

There's no separate meeting to create, no link to copy from another tab, and nothing for the front desk to juggle. A video visit is just an appointment with the camera turned on — booked, reminded, and closed out like every other one.

  1. Turn on Video visit when you book

It's on by default for virtual services and can be switched on for any appointment. The card gets a video badge.

  2. The link rides the reminders

Each client's private link goes out on their 24-hour, 2-hour, and a video-only 10-minute reminder — by text and email.

  3. They join from any browser

No app, no account, no password. They type their name, agree to the consent line, and land in your waiting room.

  4. You admit and start

A knock shows Admit or Decline; groups get Admit all. End the call and the appointment closes itself out.

Everything the session needs

A real clinical room, in the browser.

Not a bare video call — the tools a visit actually needs, built for care and kept private by default.

Waiting room

Clients wait behind a knock with your custom message. You admit them one at a time, or all at once for a group.

Chat & screen share

Pass a link or a form in chat and share your screen to walk through results, worksheets, or exercises together.

Shared whiteboard

Draw a diagram, map a plan, or work through a skill on a whiteboard both sides can see and mark up.

Live captions

On-device captions transcribe speech in the browser for accessibility — the audio never leaves the device, only the text.

Backgrounds & raise hand

Blur or replace a background for privacy, and let clients raise a hand in a group without cutting anyone off.

Emergency-info panel

The client's location and emergency contact sit one click away, so you're never caught without them in a crisis.

Private by design

Never recorded. Encrypted every hop.

There is no record button anywhere, and the video provider is configured so recording can't be switched on at all. Video, audio, and chat are encrypted on every hop and handled by a HIPAA-eligible provider under a Business Associate Agreement. Each link is unique to one client and one visit, and expires with it.

  • No record button — recording can't be turned on
  • Encrypted video, audio, and chat, under a BAA
  • One-time link, unique to a single client and visit
  • Link opens 30 min before and closes 30 min after — adjustable

The visit closes itself out

End the call, and the record catches up.

Hanging up isn't the end of the paperwork — it's the end of it. The ended screen turns a finished session into a completed, documented, billed appointment.

Marked completed

The appointment flips to completed automatically — with an Undo if you need it.

Attendance recorded

Mark Show or No show per client, so groups and no-shows land right on the chart.

Start the note

Jump straight into a clinical note — or let AI draft it from the session — right there.

Fee captured

With charge capture on, the visit's fee is captured like any completed appointment.

Groups welcome

Group visits, up to fifteen.

Run couples, family, or group sessions as one video visit — every attendee gets their own private link, waits behind the same knock, and you admit them all with a tap. Attendance and fees track per client, so a group closes out as cleanly as a one-to-one.

No chasing links

The link finds the client.

Reminders carry the link automatically over text and email, and a 10-minute nudge goes out for video visits only. Reschedule the appointment and the link follows it — the same one keeps working, right up to the new time.

Simple, per-minute metering

Metered in participant-minutes.

One person, one minute, is one participant-minute — so a 50-minute one-to-one visit uses about 100. A live visit is never cut off; anything past your plan is billed as overage.

Pro
1,500

Overage billed at $0.08 per extra minute.
Elite

Trials include 120 minutes to try it live.

Telehealth is included on Pro plans and above. See pricing for the full breakdown.

FAQ

Telehealth, answered.

No. The link opens in any modern browser on a phone or computer — there is no app, no account, and no password. The client types their name, agrees to the consent line, and asks to join, and they land in your waiting room.

Never. There is no record button anywhere, and the video provider is configured so recording cannot be switched on at all. Video, audio, and chat are encrypted on every hop and handled by a HIPAA-eligible provider under a Business Associate Agreement.

It is just a regular appointment with the Video visit switch on. It is on by default for virtual services and can be turned on for any booking — there is no separate meeting to schedule and no link to copy from another tool. The link then rides the client’s reminders automatically.

From 30 minutes before the start until 30 minutes after the scheduled end, and both windows are adjustable. Rescheduling or extending the appointment moves the window with it, and the same link keeps working. Opening it early shows “Opens at …”; afterwards it says the link has expired.

Yes. A video visit can host up to fifteen participants. Every attendee gets their own private link and waits behind the same knock, and you can admit them all at once. Attendance and fees track per client, so a group closes out as cleanly as a one-to-one.

Mute and camera controls, a waiting room, chat, screen share, a shared whiteboard, backgrounds, raise hand, on-device live captions, and an emergency-info panel with the client’s location and emergency contact. Ending the call marks the appointment completed and lets you record attendance, start a note, or capture the fee.

Pro, Elite, and Enterprise, plus trials. It is metered in participant-minutes — one person for one minute — so a 50-minute one-to-one visit uses about 100. Pro includes 1,500 a month and Elite 6,000; a live visit is never cut off, and extra minutes bill as overage.

It is marked completed, with an Undo. The ended screen lets you record attendance, start a clinical note or have AI draft one, and schedule the next visit. If charge capture is on, the visit’s fee is captured like any completed appointment.
