Partner Program
Partner Program Terms
Last updated: October 17, 2026
In short: you earn your tier's rate of what each practice you refer pays for its plan, for its first 12 months as a paying customer. Commissions are held 30 days, then paid through Stripe. Always disclose that you may earn a commission, and ask us before running any paid advertising.
1. The Program
These Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") cover the FrontDesk Partner Program (the "Program"), run by FrontDesk Care LLC ("FrontDesk," "we," or "us"). By applying to the Program or using a FrontDesk referral link, you ("Partner" or "you") agree to these Partner Terms. If you apply on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to receive payouts through Stripe in your country. Partners may be based outside the United States. Our employees and their households can't earn commissions.
We review every application and may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any Partner at our discretion, for example if we believe these Partner Terms have been broken.
3. How a referral counts
Once approved, you get a personal referral link. An account counts as your referral (a "Referred Account") when all of these are true:
- The business first visits frontdesk.care through your link and creates a FrontDesk account within 30 days, in the same browser.
- It is a new FrontDesk customer that has never had a FrontDesk account.
- No other partner's link was used first. If more than one link was used, the first one counts.
Attribution depends on the link being opened and remembered in the business's browser. If cookies are blocked or cleared we may not be able to credit you. We may also credit an account to you by hand when we agree you introduced it. Our records decide who referred an account.
4. Commission
You earn your commission rate (15% for the Referral tier, 20% for Growth, 25% for Elite, or another rate we agree with you in writing) of what each Referred Account actually pays for its FrontDesk subscription plan.
- Twelve months. Commissions are earned on plan invoices the Referred Account pays during the 12 months starting on the date it pays its first plan invoice. If it pays for a year in advance within that period, you earn on that payment.
- Only while it pays. If the Referred Account cancels, downgrades to a free plan, or stops paying within those 12 months, commissions end with its last paid invoice.
- What counts. The plan amount paid after discounts and credits. Taxes, usage overage, extra AI minutes, phone numbers, domains, website builds, and other add-ons or one-time fees are not included.
- Your rate when an invoice is paid applies to that invoice. A rate change applies to invoices paid after it.
5. Holding period, refunds, and chargebacks
Each commission is held for 30 days after the Referred Account's payment before it becomes payable. If that payment is refunded (in full or in part) or disputed, the matching share of the commission is reversed. If it was already paid to you, the reversal is deducted from your later commissions.
6. Payment
We pay commissions through Stripe Connect. To be paid you must set up a payout account with Stripe from your partner dashboard, give Stripe the information it asks for, and keep the account in good standing. Stripe's terms apply to that account.
We generally send your payable balance once a month. Commissions are calculated and sent in US dollars; Stripe may convert them to your currency, and any conversion or payout fees Stripe charges you are yours. If a later reversal leaves your balance below zero, it carries forward against future commissions. Commissions that stay unpaid for 12 months after they become payable because you haven't completed payout setup may be forfeited.
7. Taxes
Commissions may be taxable income where you live, and you are responsible for any taxes on them, including any GST, VAT, or similar tax. Commission amounts include any such tax. Stripe collects tax information from Partners for us (for example IRS Form W-9 or W-8) and may issue tax forms as the law requires. We may hold payments until tax information is complete.
8. How you may promote FrontDesk
Share your link honestly, with people and in places where it's welcome. You must:
- Say clearly that you may earn a commission whenever you recommend FrontDesk and the audience may not know you are paid, as required by the FTC and similar rules elsewhere.
- Follow the advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws that apply to you and to the people you reach.
- Present yourself as an independent partner, never as FrontDesk or on its behalf.
You must not:
- Buy paid advertising that promotes FrontDesk or your link (including search and social ads, sponsored posts, and paid placements in newsletters, associations' publications, or other third-party media) without our written approval in advance. Ask us at help@frontdesk.care with where it will run, its audience, and the wording.
- Bid on "FrontDesk" or similar terms in search ads, or make websites, domains, or accounts that look like ours.
- Send unsolicited calls, texts, or emails, or use purchased lists or autodialers.
- Make claims about FrontDesk that aren't on our website, including prices, features, results, or how FrontDesk handles health information and HIPAA.
- Use FrontDesk's name or logo except to describe the Program, as we allow.
9. When commissions are void
No commission is earned, and we may reverse commissions already paid, if:
- You refer yourself, a business you own, manage, or work for, or someone in your household.
- The referral involves fraud, fake accounts, stolen payment details, cookie stuffing, or any attempt to game the Program.
- You promoted FrontDesk in a way that breaks Section 8.
10. Our relationship
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or legal partner. You can't make promises or sign anything on our behalf. Referred Accounts are FrontDesk's customers, and you receive no access to their data.
11. Changes and ending the Program
We may change these Partner Terms or end the Program at any time. We will email Partners at least 30 days before a change that reduces commissions takes effect. Either of us may end your participation at any time. Commissions earned before a change or end date are still paid under the terms in effect when they were earned, unless your participation ends because you broke these Partner Terms.
12. Everything else
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply, including the dispute resolution section of the Terms of Service. These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
