Step 1: Average daily inbound calls × miss rate = missed calls per day - Example: 60 calls/day × 30% miss rate = 18 missed calls/day

Step 2: Missed calls × percentage that would have booked = lost appointments - Example: 18 × 40% = 7.2 lost appointments per day

Step 3: Lost appointments × average appointment value = daily revenue loss - Example: 7.2 × $275 = $1,980/day

Step 4: Multiply by working days per month - Example: $1,980 × 22 = $43,560/month or $522,720/year

Practical Solutions That Work
