Start by choosing a specialty preset (dental, medical, vet, med spa) or start from scratch with the Custom option. Then edit your business hours, add or remove staff members, assign roles, and set each person's shift for every day of the week. The schedule updates in real time as you make changes.
Yes! Once you've set up your schedule, click the "Download CSV" button to get a spreadsheet-ready file, or use "Copy Table" to paste it directly into Google Sheets, Excel, or any document. The CSV includes all days, staff, roles, and shift times.
You can assign: Full Day (open-to-close), AM Only (opening to midpoint), PM Only (midpoint to close), Off, or Custom times. For Custom, you can enter any start/end times. The AM/PM split is calculated based on your practice hours.
There's no hard limit — add as many staff members and roles as you need. The tool is designed for typical healthcare practices with 3-20 team members. For very large teams, you may want to create separate schedules by department.
