• Understand your reportsThe Reports page is one place to see how your AI is doing — calls answered, appointments booked, new patients, and where the gaps are. It has three tabs (Overview, Calls, Bookings), a date-range picker, busiest-hour heatmaps, and source/service breakdowns. You can export any view to CSV or get it emailed monthly. Reports are a Pro-and-above feature.
