The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in, and it's built to answer one question: what needs me today? Open it any time from Home in the left navigation.
The header
At the top you'll see a greeting ("Good morning, …"), today's date, and a one-line read on the day — for example "3 appointments today, steady day ahead." Quick action buttons let you Add patient, Send message, or Book appointment without leaving the page.
Today's schedule
The main column lists today's appointments in time order — each row shows the time, patient, appointment type, provider, and a status pill (Confirmed, Pending, or Needs reschedule). Open slots appear with a + Open button so you can fill a gap on the spot. A footer points to your next appointment after today so you're never caught off guard.
Tomorrow's confirmations
A card breaks tomorrow down into Confirmed, Pending, and Total, with a Manage link into the confirmations page. Chasing the pending ones the day before is the single best way to cut no-shows.
Messages
The Messages card previews your most recent unread conversations with the patient's name and a snippet. Open inbox takes you to the full two-way text inbox.
Calls at a glance
A short calls summary shows how many calls your AI receptionist handled today and how many recent calls came in, each linking through to the reports or the call log.
Needs attention
This is the part to scan every morning. It surfaces only what's actionable, such as:
- Unread messages waiting for a reply.
- Overdue balances — how much is past due and how many patients.
- Unconfirmed appointments for tomorrow.
- Patients due for recall.
- New support replies.
- Setup nudges — finish email setup to send reminders, or days left in your trial.
Every row links to the exact page where you handle it. When there's nothing outstanding, you'll see "You're all caught up."
Where to go next
The dashboard is for today. When you want trends — call volume, booking sources, busiest hours, no-show rates — head to your reports.
