• Connect athenahealth (athenaOne)The athenahealth integration is a read/write connection — the AI can look up patients and book, reschedule, or cancel appointments right in athenaOne. Connect it from Settings → Integrations by entering your athena Practice ID and choosing a default department. Because athena requires per-practice authorization, activation typically takes 2–3 business days.
