Integrations connect FrontDesk to the tools you already use so nothing lives in two places. The two things worth syncing:
- Your patient directory — so the AI recognizes returning callers and greets them by name.
- Your calendar — so the AI books into real openings and never double-books.
Where to manage integrations
Settings → Integrations
It's a catalog grouped into Practice Management & EHR and Calendars. Filter by All, Connected, or Available, or search by name. Click Connect on any card to start, or Manage to edit an existing connection.

Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, and CareStack are on the roadmap. They appear in the catalog with a Notify me button — click it and we'll email you when your system is ready.
Don't see your system?
Use the "Don't see your system?" section on the Integrations page to pick from the list or type in your platform. Every request is logged and helps us prioritize what to build next.
You don't need an integration to go live. FrontDesk works fully on its own scheduler and patient records. Connect an EHR when you want the AI to recognize your existing patients or write appointments back into your system.
