When the help center doesn't cover it, the Support page is your direct line to the FrontDesk team — a proper two-way conversation, not a black-hole contact form.
Open a request
- Open Support from the navigation.
- Click New request.
- Choose the topic that best fits, such as Phone & SMS, Email, Sender verification, Domain auth, Scheduling, AI Voice, Billing, Account, a Bug, or a Feature request.
- Describe the issue and submit.
You'll get a threaded conversation with a stable reference number (like Ref-1A2B) you can quote in any follow-up.
Track status
Every request shows where it stands:
- Waiting on support — the team is on it.
- Waiting on you — we've replied and need something from you.
- Resolved — it's done. You can archive it to clear it from your active list.
New replies from the team also surface in the Needs attention section of your dashboard, so you won't miss them.
Reply any time
Reopen a request to read the full history and add a reply. Keeping everything in one thread means whoever picks it up — on your side or ours — has the full context.
Get resolved faster
- Be specific. Pick the closest topic and say what you expected vs. what happened.
- Point to the evidence. Mention the patient, call, or phone number involved.
- Check the help center first for common fixes like My AI isn't answering calls or SMS isn't sending — you may not need to wait for a reply at all.
