What it does on a call

When a patient calls a number connected to FrontDesk, the AI:

  1. Greets the caller with the greeting and voice you picked in setup.
  2. Listens for intent — booking a new appointment, rescheduling, asking a question, leaving a message, etc.
  3. Looks up or creates a patient record using the name and phone number.
  4. Books, moves, or cancels appointments against your calendar, respecting your business hours, providers, and per-service rules.
