If you're a provider, My Schedule gives you a clean view of just your own day — without the rest of the practice's calendar. Find it near the top of the left navigation.
Your day at a glance
Three counters sit at the top:
| Stat | What it means |
|---|---|
| Today | Appointments on your schedule today |
| This Week | Your total appointments for the current week |
| Pending Confirm | Upcoming appointments the patient hasn't confirmed yet |
Read your appointments
Your appointments are listed for the selected day, grouped into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. Each row shows the time, duration, patient, service, any notes, and the confirmation status.
Use the ← / → arrows to move between days, and Today to jump back.
Subscribe from your own calendar
Want your FrontDesk appointments alongside your personal calendar? Copy your calendar-subscribe link from My Schedule and add it as a subscribed calendar in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. It updates automatically as your schedule changes.
Keep this link private. Anyone who has it can see your schedule. Don't post or share it.
Good to know
- It's read-focused. For booking, rescheduling, and drag-and-drop, use the full Calendar.
- Provider role required. If you don't see My Schedule, ask an owner or admin to mark you as a provider — see Add providers and doctors.
