When a call comes in that your AI can't fully resolve — a hang-up, a no-answer on a transfer, an after-hours call that needs a person — it shows up here so someone can close the loop. Missed callers are often ready-to-book patients; a quick call back turns them into appointments.
Open the missed calls list
Open Calls and choose the Missed calls tab. You can filter by follow-up status:
- Needs follow-up (the default worklist)
- All missed calls
- Followed up
You can also search by name or number and filter by date.
Work the list
Each row shows the caller's number (and name if it's a known patient), the time, and a status. Rows are ordered by urgency — the most recent misses float to the top, because those callers are the easiest to reach right now.
- Call back — opens a quick-call with the number already filled in.
- Follow up — records that you handled it, with an optional note about what happened. The call moves to Followed up.
- Undo — if you marked one by mistake, revert it and it returns to the list.
Open any call to see its details in a side panel — caller info, time, duration, status, and any follow-up notes you've added.
A simple daily habit
Clear Needs follow-up once or twice a day. Between this list, your voicemails, and the call recordings and transcripts, every caller who didn't get fully handled has somewhere to be seen — and someone to bring them back.
