Team & Locations
Invite teammates, set roles, and manage multiple practice locations.
- Add your providers and doctorsAdd the people who deliver services — doctors, vets, stylists, technicians — on the Providers page (called "Doctors", "Vets", or "Stylists" depending on your business type). Click Add, fill in name, title, specialty, and which locations they work at, then optionally set their weekly schedule. Providers power scheduling and let the AI book the right person — they don't need a login. That's different from inviting a teammate, which creates a user account in Settings → Team.2 min
- Invite team membersSend email invites from Settings → Team. Pick a role (Admin, Manager, Staff, Provider, View Only) and they get a setup link valid for 7 days. Team size is capped by your plan — Free 1, Starter 3, Pro 10, Elite 25, Ultimate unlimited.2 min
- Add a new locationNew locations get their own phone number, hours, providers, services, and AI configuration — but share patients, team, and billing with the rest of your organization. Add from Settings → Locations. Multi-location requires Elite or Ultimate plan.2 min
- Switch between locationsThe Location Picker in the top-right of every page shows your current location and lets you switch in one click. Your selection is remembered between sessions so you land back where you left off.1 min
