Re-send, deactivate, or remove
In the team table:
- Re-send invite — for invites that expired or got lost
- Deactivate — preserves history; user can no longer log in
- Remove — permanently removes their access (audit trail kept)
Deactivation is reversible; removal is not. Use deactivate for parental leave, removal for permanent departures.
What's next
- Set up multiple locations and grant per-location access
- Show your team how to switch between locations
- For larger teams, upgrade your plan to expand the limit
