Reports tell you whether your AI is actually moving the needle — how many calls it's handling, when you're busiest, and how often a call turns into a booked appointment.
Call Analytics
Reports → Call Analytics
This is your main view for phone performance. Depending on your plan you'll see:
- Call volume over time, with a date-range picker.
- Answered vs. missed — how many calls the AI picked up.
- Busiest hours and days — a heatmap that shows when your phones light up, so you can spot after-hours and lunch-hour gaps.
- Average call duration and outcomes.
- Bookings — how many calls ended in a scheduled appointment.
Scope everything by date range and by location using the pickers at the top.
Advanced analytics (deeper breakdowns and trend lines) is included on Pro and above. Basic call stats are available to everyone.
Booking Analytics
Online booking has its own view so you can see the self-service funnel — how many people started a booking on your page and how many finished. Pair it with Set up online booking to tune which services are bookable.
Campaign & review reports
- Outbound campaigns include their own analytics — delivery, connect, and outcome rates. See Run an outbound calling campaign.
- Reviews show request and response rates if you're collecting patient reviews.
The Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the quick daily glance — today's calls, upcoming appointments, and headline numbers — without opening a full report. Start here each morning, then drill into Call Analytics when you want detail.
Tips for reading the numbers
- A rising "missed" count on local numbers can mean an A2P/registration or forwarding issue — check My AI isn't answering calls.
- Busy-hour heatmaps justify keeping the AI on after hours — those late-evening and weekend blocks are calls a voicemail would have lost.
- Low booking rate with high volume often points to missing services or availability — confirm your appointment types and hours are set up.
